Shipping Information

I ship using Australia Post–Parcel Post within 5 business days of your purchase. I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail, please be sure your address is correct when ordering.

If you would like to make an international shipping request please email me via the contact page and include which item you would like, including the location.

If you would like to have your item sent rush or with any other special handling please send me an email prior to placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

There are no returns on any custom items. Due to the nature of handmade wood products each item is unique with individual differences in colour and size. If you are unhappy with your order please contact me within 3 days of its arrival to discuss the issue.

If your item arrives damaged please contact me with a photo of the item within 3 days of its arrival and I will exchange it for a similar item of equal value.
